Reflection

Experience

During the learning process of this module, I experienced an exploration full of novelty and challenges. The first in-depth study of design research methods, let me have a new understanding of the design field. I began to reflect on my understanding and application of various elements in the design process, and realized that design is not only a combination of aesthetics and creativity, but also a process that requires rigorous logic and deep thinking.

I learned valuable lessons from this experience. In practical tasks, I learned how to apply theoretical knowledge to practical design work. For example, when writing and arguing ideas, I learned that I can't just rely on intuition and personal preferences, but to support my ideas through scientific methods and evidence. This not only made me more confident and accurate in expressing my ideas during the design process, but also taught me how to communicate and collaborate effectively with others.

Observation

The topic I chose was "How does UI/UX improve the convenience of life and create value", a topic I have always been very interested in. By looking at different design examples and user feedback, I have found that UI/UX design plays an important role in improving the convenience of life.

In some design cases, a clear and concise interface design allows users to quickly find the information they need. For example, in the interface of mobile phone applications, users can find the functions they want through simple operations. Intelligent interaction design can provide personalized services according to the needs of users. For example, some intelligent voice assistants can operate according to the user's voice commands, providing users with more convenient services.

These observations have given me a profound insight into the impact of UI/UX design on the user experience. I started thinking about how to design a better user interface to make it easier for users to use the product. This also inspired me to further explore the passion of design. I began to study various design methods and techniques, and constantly tried to innovate.

Findings

In this process, I learned to look at problems from different angles and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of different points of view. I gained a wealth of knowledge by reviewing other people's papers and critiquing my own ideas.

I find that different design perspectives have their own unique value. Some views focus on user experience, others on functional implementation. By analyzing these ideas, I was able to better understand the nature of design. For example, while reading a paper on user interface design, the author proposed a new design concept. Through the analysis of this concept, I understand the new direction of design.

After completing tasks 1, 2 and 3, I clearly felt that my analytical skills had improved. I am able to find the problems in the design more keenly and come up with effective solutions. Through the analysis, I put forward the improvement plan. This ability improvement will have a positive impact on my future design work. I believe that in the future design work, I can use these knowledge and skills to create more excellent design works.
